§ 01
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Nexus Quant platform — the Basic, Full and Premium plans described on our Pricing page.
§ 02
Free Tier
Every account starts on the FREE plan — no payment method is required and there is no trial period to worry about. You only pay once you actively choose to upgrade to Basic, Full or Premium from inside the platform.
§ 03
Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions already in progress are non-refundable. Once a billing period (monthly or annual) has started and platform access has been granted, we do not issue refunds or credits for that period, including for partial use, non-use, or early cancellation.
This reflects the nature of the product: access to the Strategy Builder, Optimization Lab, Robustness Lab, Analytics Portal and related tools is granted immediately and in full for the entire billing period once payment is confirmed.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), contact us — see Section 7 below — and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
§ 04
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, from inside the platform ("Manage my subscription" on the Pricing page) or via the Paddle-hosted billing portal. Cancellation:
- Stops future renewal charges immediately — you will not be billed again after cancelling.
- Does not trigger a refund for the current, already-paid billing period (see Section 3).
- Keeps your access active for the remainder of the period you already paid for; your account then reverts to the FREE plan.
§ 05
Billing & Merchant of Record
All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, tax (VAT/sales tax) calculation and remittance, and invoicing. Your payment card details are never stored by Nexus Quant. Charges on your statement will appear under the Paddle/PADDLE.NET billing descriptor.
§ 06
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory right you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement — including any legal right to a cooling-off period, withdrawal, or refund for digital services that applicable law grants you independently of this Policy. Where such a mandatory right applies, it takes precedence over Section 3 above to the extent required by that law.
§ 07
How to Request a Refund or Report a Billing Issue
Email us at the address in Section 8 with your account email and, if available, the Paddle receipt/order number from your confirmation email. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You may also use the "Report a payment issue" link on any Paddle receipt to reach Paddle directly for payment-processing questions.
